Return and Refund policyWe have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I have changed my mind. Can I cancel order?

For an order cancelation please contact our support from the Chat provided. You have up to 1 hour to cancel your order sending an us email with the request.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) discounted items or final sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchanges the item you have, first of all contact us at info@bagghybag.com and once the exchange is accepted, you can return the item. Please note that for exchange the returns will be sent at your expenses, we will ship the new item once received the return item and after received the adjust payment if necessary.

Refunds

Please note that for a refund the return will be sent at your expenses. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Yes! However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We have three shipping options for the USA, Europe and the rest of the world.We are not shipping on Saturday and Sunday, processing order time up to 24 hours in addition to delivery time
