Our policy typically is that, for domestic returns, you as the customer will pay for shipping back to us, but we'll refund the cost of shipping that we originally charged you. This is to help streamline the process and avoid having to exchange money for the purpose of refunding items. Chairs, lamps, frames, rings, and sale items are not eligible for return.
